Qualifications & Skills

​

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience editing videos and creating graphics, preferably for e-learning or educational content in English.

• Adobe Suite Expert: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop for video editing, audio processing, motion graphics, and design.

• AI & Creative Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and other innovative technologies for content creation and ideation.

• Creative Eye: Strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging multimedia.

• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of video formats, audio mixing, color correction, and basic animation techniques.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.

• Availability: Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Chennai production facility.

In this role, you will design and structure engaging online courses across a wide range of topics—from personal development and soft skills to technical engineering subjects. You will write clear scripts, create storyboards, and ensure that each module aligns with defined learning objectives. Key Responsibilities

​

• Design and develop comprehensive e-learning courses on diverse topics (personal development, soft skills, engineering, etc.).

• Create detailed storyboards and write clear scripts that align with learning outcomes and instructional goals.

• Lead and coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and subject-matter experts to produce high-quality multimedia content.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure all content meets quality standards and deadlines.

• Ensure courses meet technical specifications (e.g., SCORM compliance) and incorporate best practices in instructional design.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning content development (mid-level).

• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and familiarity with SCORM and LMS platforms.

• Solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning best practices.

• Experience in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
